By the time I had my first appt with Ollie I was desperate and at rock bottom. I had so much pain in my neck, shoulders and wrist that I didn’t know what to do with myself and my job was at risk. Ollie listened to all the problems and despite being more than one issue and the fact that I’d booked for a sports massage, he talked me through what he thought and over the next few months he reduced the pain. It was recommended I have a steroid injection in my neck which is the best money I have ever spent! Dr Tom and Sinead were so lovely, they kept me informed and took great care of me during and after. I’ve then continued physio with Ollie and he has been amazing with all his advice, exercises and work that he has done with all my ailments!
It sounds dramatic but going to the Back and Body clinic has changed my life. It felt like I would always be in pain but now things are so much better.
Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and they really care about getting you on the mend. I can’t recommend them enough.
