Cancellation Policy

Here at the clinic we operate a cancellation policy, all that we ask is that if you wish to cancel or amend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so that we are able to offer your appointment to other patients. Due to us running a very busy clinic, all missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will be chargeable. We are pleased to offer a reduction of 50% to all cancellation fees if you rebook your appointment immediately.
