Knee Pain

We love treating knees! There is so much to assess and loads of great rehab we can do with them and if you have ever had your ITB release (that is, Iliotibial band syndrome – a common cause of lateral knee pain, common in runners and bicyclists) for knee pain you’ll know why the more sadistic of us therapists love knees! We also know how important it is to look at your biomechanics (how you move) from the foot and ankle right up to the hip and lower back because often, here lays the underlying root cause of knee pain! Oh and don’t forget the glutes… good knees need good glutes!
