Careers at The Back and Body Clinic
We have a large team of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Sports Massage Therapists and Sports Therapists. We also have Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultants, Orthopaedic Consultants and Injecting and Prescribing Physiotherapists. Our clinical staff could not work to the high standard we achieve every day without our brilliant Admin/ Reception Team and Management Team.

We know that our employees are ambitious and therefore a clear career pathway is essential. We love to find what gives our staff the ‘fire in their bellies’ and help them to progress professionally and as individuals!
Therapist Progression
We have taken many (10+) new graduates on as Junior Physiotherapist and Osteopaths and helped support and train them to become part of our fantastic Senior Therapist Team. We offer the Juniors an extensive, supported programme with many hours of training, supervision and shadowing each week. We are so proud of how our Juniors progress so quickly with our advanced training programme into incredible Senior Therapists.
We have promoted a number of our stand out Senior Therapists to Advanced Senior Therapists. Our Advanced Seniors run a caseload full of more complex cases with increased responsibilities in the training and development of the rest of the team.
We also have supported 6 Sports Massage therapists to go on to do their Physiotherapy Masters Degrees whilst working at the Clinic.
Management Team
We are very proud to have grown from within with most of our management team having been promoted into management roles. Here are some examples of this:
Heather – started as receptionist in 2013 promoted to Finance Assistant and then Finance Manager
Mike – started as a Junior Physio in 2015 promoted to Clinic Director opening the Great Denham clinic in October 2018
Luke – started as a Junior Physio in 2017, promoted to Clinical lead
Aisling – started as a Osteopath in 2017, promoted to CPD Co-ordinator
Sammi – started as a receptionist 2018 promoted to Head receptionists and then Practice Manager and now Group Practice Manager
Stu – started as a Senior Physio 2014 promoted to Wootton Clinic Manager
