My experience at The Back and Body Client was 2nd to none! From walking through the door for my first consultation appointment to my very last physio session, I was always made to feel comfortable and at ease.
Everyone is always greeted with a friendly, calm and helpful receptionist, who definitely provide a service with a smile!
I was very nervous about my first physio session, as a previous experience (at a different practice, I may add) left me badly bruised and apprehensive. But that all changed when I meet Loren at The Back and Body Clinic. From our first meet, Loren was warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Loren took the time to explain why I was in discomfort and how each treatment and exercise given would help me! Loren understood my needs and the treatment I received was fantastic, my back has never felt so good!
