felt very comfortable with her, and am very confident that with her help I will soon be free of the debilitating pain i have in my shoulder and arm. I had a previous bad experience with a dreadful physiotherapist, but Alicia put me at ease and her thorough knowledge of my problem and how to address it, has given me peace of mind.
