Amy made sure we got the right diagnosis by liaising with Dr Tom Saw within the clinic. Then she came up with a treatment plan, which she adapted at each stage. When my daughter had to take all load off her heel and get round on crutches for several weeks, Amy was very empathetic and caring. When she needed to be tough and firm, she did that too, but always with a sense of humour! She went above and beyond to help improve the situation and even liaised with the football club to make sure everyone was on the same page. With Amy’s expert management of the condition, my daughter is recovering well and is now able to play football again. We will miss seeing Amy! We wouldn’t hesitate to return to her in the future.
