Q: Why did you join The Back and Body Clinic?

A: I joined back and body as it provides me the opportunity to work with more like minded individuals to help them get to get back on track with their health and fitness goals.

Q: What work experience to date?

A: I decided to retrain as a physiotherapist in 2018 after a 20 year career teaching in education and the health and fitness industry. So this has given me a wide variety of knowledge and understanding which helps me to work with a huge variety of people. I have also worked in professional sport with England’s Red Roses Rugby Union team and I still work with Coventry City FC Academy team. So being it sporting or health related I am equally comfortable to support your needs.

Q: Clinical special interests?

A: My clinical special interests are working with endurance based athletes in running, cycling, swimming and triathlon, due to my extensive experience in these areas.

Q: Top past times?

A: My favourite pastimes include walking with or without my dog, swimming, using the gym and just watching sport / films or tv series like Red Dwarf or Cobra Kai.

Q: What the scariest thing you've ever done?

A: The scariest thing I have ever done was proposing to my wife in Rome back in 2007.

Q: Most proud achievement?

A: I have a few achievements I’m proud of which include playing international Rugby League for Ireland at University and Amateur level, completing 8 full iron distance triathlons and also the Marathon des Sables a 6 day ultra marathon through the Sarah desert. But even greater is being dad to my two amazing children who make me proud everyday.

Q: Whats your best joke?

A: What do you call a 3 eyed dinosaur - doyouthinkhesaurus

Q: Whats your favourite film?
