Ulnar Nerve Entrapment

Nerve entrapment is fairly rare, but it can be nasty. It commonly happens when the ulnar nerve in your arm becomes compressed or irritated where it passes the elbow. It can cause numbness or pain in your elbow, hand, wrist, or fingers and like all nerve entrapments, we tread carefully not to make the nerve more angry! We use techniques to mobilise the nerve down its path and release all of the tight muscles or stiff joints around the area to give it the best chance of getting by happily.
