About the Mummy MOT

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries. Your therapist will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after delivery. Your therapist will provide you with exercises and treatment to help you get back to your best.

Why Back & Body

After pregnancy, it is very common for women to experience abdominal and pelvic floor weakness. This can lead to back or pelvic pain, instability and even bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction.

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnantal examination for women following both vaginal and C-Section deliveries. A Mummy MOT assessment can be carried out 6-8 weeks after birth but we also treat women who give birth years ago who may still be experiencing pregnancy related issues.

If you are a new Mum, or an experienced mum having problems with urinary leakage/ incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic or back pain, wanting to get back to sport or even just to feel your best version of you again, then get in touch!
