Dr Ketkar has many years of experience as a musculoskeletal doctor in the NHS and the private sector. He works at Blackberry Clinic Milton Keynes, Blackberry Clinic Birmingham and at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham and for East Lancashire Hospitals. Dr Ketkar has experience working with recreational and elite athletes and the general public suffering with pain from a musculoskeletal origin. He has a special interest in spinal rehabilitation and fluoroscopic x-ray and ultrasound guided injection treatments including prolotherapy.

- Worked in MIAC armed forces rehabilitation clinics at Lichfield and RAF Cosford 2017-2018
- Defence Medical Services at Lichfield, Staffordshire and Greet Orthopaedic Clinic in central BirminghamTutor and Module Lead for British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine
- Examiner for the London Diploma in Musculoskeletal medicine
