The most common forms of arthritis in the hand is osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Stiffness, swelling, and pain are symptoms common to all forms of arthritis in the hand. We often see OA in the thumb joints causing a problem. However, some taping, mobilisations and exercises work a treat.
