Back to team

Q: Why did you join The Back and Body Clinic?
A: The clinic’s website and team culture immediately stood out to me. While shadowing the fantastic team, I was drawn to the supportive culture and the opportunities to learn and grow. I’m excited to continue developing as a physiotherapist while contributing to such a positive, patient-focused environment.Q: Work experience to date?
A: I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation and went on to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy (pre-registration) at St George’s, University of London, graduating in July 2025. Alongside my studies, I balanced a dual career as an international table tennis athlete, representing England abroad. During my degrees, I gained valuable clinical experience across a range of areas, including elective orthopaedics, MSK outpatients, neurosurgery, critical care, and oncology prehabilitation. I am passionate about supporting individuals in restoring function and returning to meaningful activities through a holistic rehabilitation approach.Q: Clinical Special interests?
A: At this stage in my career, I would say I have too many interests to choose just one! I’m really looking forward to gaining more exposure across different injuries, building on the experiences I have had so far, and discovering where I can make the biggest difference for individuals.Q: What do you do at weekends?
A: I like to keep my weekends active, creative, and relaxing all at once, which makes them pretty packed! I enjoy spending time outdoors, and I’ve recently taken up CrossFit as well as learning to sew clothes. Most of all, my partner and I enjoy cooking nicer meals on the weekend, which is always a nice treat to look forward to.Q: Favourite food?
A: At the moment, it has to be homemade beef stew with dumplings. When I find a meal I love, I will eat it on repeat until I get bored. But ask me again in a few weeks, and it will probably be something different!Q: What’s your favourite film of all time?
A: I am a huge Christopher Nolan fan, and it would have to be Interstellar.
