A: I joined the Back and Body Clinic due to my passion and interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, these factors paired with my caring and empathetic nature, means I have a keen interest in helping others achieve their physical goals, and recover from any aches or pains that are holding them back from doing the things they really love!
Q: Work experience to date?
A: I had a great opportunity to experience sports physiotherapy during my final university placement in which I was placed at Stevenage Football Club, this was extremely interesting and exciting, allowing me to gain an insight into what being apart of the medical team is like in a sports setting, observing in both the academy and first team!
Q: Scariest thing you have done?
A: In 2024, I visited Go Ape to go on the massive climbing frame, I thought that this would be something I would enjoy, to my surprise, I didn’t realise how scared of heights I am, and I screamed and yelled the whole way around the course! Definitely the scariest thing I have done, and I will never go to again!
Q: What do you do at the weekends?
A: I love to be busy at the weekend, I often meet up with friends and family for a bite to eat, or a day out. In the evening, I will often be the chosen games night planner who will make a fun game for the family to play! A very big part of my weekend would be watching sports whether that be football, boxing, darts or F1, I absolutely love them all!
Q: Favourite food?
A: So many options, as I absolutely love all food. But Enchiladas, take the number one spot, they are so nice and I don’t have them enough!
Q: For lunch I have..
A: I try to eat as much as I can, and create myself a bit of a feast, searching through all the cupboards at home. Most likely though, it would be a chicken, avocado and pesto sandwich. However, a caprese salad may be an option if I feel like pushing the boat out!
Q: Favourite Joke?
A: A man threw cheese and milk at me! How dairy?
Q: Favourite Film?
A: Creed is the best film I have ever watched, it has such an inspiring storyline, which explores action but also has emotional depth, and you can’t forget about the training montages, they must be the most motivating things you’ll ever watch!
