Q: Why did you join The Back and Body Clinic?

A: The breath and depth of knowledge amongst the Back & Body team is outstanding! I always strive to increase my knowledge and improve in whatever I do, so I knew this was the place for me!

Q: University and work experience?

A: I  qualified with a Physiotherapy MSc (pre-reg) with distinction from the University of Northampton in 2024. I previously completed a degree in Sports & Exercise Science BSc (hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2015. Prior to my career as a physiotherapist I had a 12 year professional football career playing 400 competitive games spanning International (Wales - 34 caps), Premier League and the Football league.

Q: What do you love about your job?

A:  l love being in an active environment, where the main focus is around physical health.

Q: Whats your favourite patient journey and why?

A: I love to help people regain their physical health, which allows them to participate in activities they enjoy in their everyday life. This has ranged from fixing a back injury to allow a person to reignite their love of triathlons, giving a grandparent the confidence to run around with their grandchildren to simply helping each of my patients understand how to best manage their injury.

Q: Scariest thing you've done?

A: The first football game I played that was televised live on Sky Sports!

Q: One item to take to a desert island?

A: I love reading so I'd have to take a fully loaded Kindle!(with unlimited battery!)

Q: What do you do at the weekends?

A: I spend time with my young family (I have two young girls), meet up with friends and be as physically active as possible!
