Q: Why did you join The Back and Body Clinic?
A: The breath and depth of knowledge amongst the Back & Body team is outstanding! I always look to increase my knowledge and improve as a Trainer, so I knew this was the place for me!Q: University and work experience?
A: I qualified with a degree in Sports & Exercise Science (BSc) from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2015.- 12 year professional football career- 400 competitive games spanning, International, Premier League and Football league- 34 Full Senior International Caps (Wales)- Broke the record for youngest every Wales player at 17 yrs old- Won Welsh Football Association Young Player of the Year- Won Promotion to the Premier League (Derby County) and Championship (Barnsley FC)- Played in the League Cup Semi Final (v Man United... we won!... the 1st leg!... lost the 2nd!... Cristiano Ronaldo hat trick!)- Won Football League Trophy (Barnsley FC)- Studied for a Sports & Exercise Science Degree part time alongside my football- FA level 2 coaching qualification- Certified Nutrition Coach- Certified Strength Coach- Level 3 PT- Over 8 years of coaching experience- Over 1000 hours of Personal Training experience- I have managed 5 boutique gyms (at once!)

A: I love being in an active environment, where the main focus is around healthQ: Whats your favourite patient journey and why?
A: I love to help people regain their fitness to allow them to participate in the activities they enjoy in their free time. This ranges from fixing a back injury to allow a person to reignite their love of triathlons, giving a grandparent the confidence to run around with their grandchildren to helping people to understand how to keep themselves fit and activeQ: Scariest thing you've done?
A: The first football game I played that was televised live on Sky Sports!Q: One item to take to a desert island?
A: Lip balm!! I hate having dry lips!! Weird but very true!!!Q: What do you do at the weekends?
A: I spend time with my young family (I have two young girls), meet up with friends and do a little bit of gardening!
