Q: What made you choose Physiotherapy as a career?

A: I've always had a passion for sport, and  wanted to pursue a career that involved sport and helping others using a holistic approach, physiotherapy was certainly the best fit!

Q: Where did you study?

A: I completed a bachelor's degree with honours in Sport and Exercise Sciences in 2014 at Exeter University. I then went on to complete a masters degree in physiotherapy at St. George's University in London and qualified in 2018 and got to do all my training and placements in the top teaching hospitals in London!

Q: What do you love about your job?

A: I love helping others, and find it very rewarding seeing individuals achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves they can be.

Q: Top Pastimes?

A: My main sporting interest is tennis, however I am also a keen gym bunny, and enjoy circuits/HIIT workouts, resistance training, yoga, running and enjoy long walks in the countryside.

Q: Who would you like to get stuck in a lift with?

A: Probably Rafael Nadal he's my ultimate sporting hero!

Q: What's your greatest achievement? ?

A: I would say my one of my greatest achievements would be living in the jungle in India for 6 months, working for a sports charity to help support and promote sport and education within the village community. There was no hot water and lots of snakes and spiders! It was such a fantastic adventure and I was so privileged to meet so many wonderful people! However since returning to the UK I met my husband, and building our lives together I would say is now my greatest achievement.
