A Multiple Award Winning Clinic

It is rare when working in a busy Clinic that you ever stop and look back on where you have come from and what you have achieved as a team.

To receive an award that acknowledges the work you are doing really is special beyond belief. We were thrilled to have most recently been awarded the ‘National Employer of the Year’ in December 2018, we received this award at an amazing ceremony at Wembley stadium (pretty special to bring a trophy home from Wembley!) . This came after we received the ‘Midlands Service Provider of the Year 2018’.

We have also previously been awarded Northamptonshire’s ‘Business of the Year’ (<50 employees), and Northamptonshire’s ‘Excellence in Customer Care’ Award. These have been honors that have given us the appetite and inspiration to achieve more and we hope that it is a reflection of our absolute commitment to providing the very best service to our patients, and for creating a warm and friendly environment in which our fantastic therapists and admin team can thrive.

Staff Awards

Our Staff Awards event is the absolute highlight in the Clinic Social Diary (yes, we have one of these…and it’s very active!). We are passionate about celebrating the hard work, success and dedication of our amazing team…..and what better way of doing this than with food, a bouncy castle and a paddling pool (for the kids!). Every year we host a family Picnic and Staff Awards event…and every year we pray that the sun will shine!

We give out awards for the following categories:-

-The People’s Choice (Therapist and Admin)
-Testimonial Award
-Most Improved Therapist
-Going the Extra Mile – Therapist
-Excellence in Customer Service – Admin and Banter award. This is such an amazing event; not only do we get to celebrate with the team but with their nearest and dearest…have a look at some of the photos from the past few years (it is also a great reason to stitch Rich up with a fancy dress outfit)
