Kelly can treat common symptoms of womens health related issues through acupuncture. issues treated include, endometriosis, PCOS, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), irregular periods, menopause and fertility. Kelly has a special interest in the peri-natal population (women who are pregnant and those that have given birth) and has completed the POGP course in pregnancy related physiotherapy- the childbearing year and most recently she became a Mummy MOT practitioner. This enables her to assess women postnatally and treat things such as urinary leakage/ incontinence, diastasis recti and pelvic or back pain. Her passion is to help you achieve your goals as a new or experienced mum, whether that is getting you back to exercise; being able to go on a trampoline with your little ones without the fear! Or simply getting you fit for mum-life!
Tyla Page is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and an Affiliate member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group. She specialises in postnatal assessment and has completed additional training with the Mummy MOT practitioners. She comes from a strong exercise background and previously competed as a high-level athlete, which shapes her active and performance-focused approach to rehabilitation. She is also an APPI Pilates instructor and is passionate about using movement and exercise to support recovery.
She has extensive experience assessing and treating a wide range of pelvic floor dysfunctions, including urinary incontinence, stress and urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, overactive pelvic floor muscles, and postnatal recovery concerns. She supports women through pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation, helping them safely return to exercise, running, and sport. Her approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy, movement rehabilitation, and Pilates-based exercise to restore pelvic floor function, improve strength and control, and help women regain confidence in their bodies.
Aisling Peberdy is an osteopath with a special interest in women’s health, supporting women through the physical changes that happen during pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and throughout the different stages of life.
She has completed specialist training in internal pelvic floor assessment as well as the Mummy MOT® practitioner course, which allows her to provide thorough post-natal checks and personalised treatment plans. She supports women with a range of concerns including pelvic floor dysfunction, back and pelvic pain, post-natal recovery issues, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), bladder symptoms, and musculoskeletal pain related to pregnancy and caring for a baby.
Her approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with practical advice, rehabilitation exercises, and education so you feel confident, supported, and more connected to your body as you recover.
She is especially passionate about post-natal care. Too often, women are expected to “bounce back” after pregnancy without the support their bodies truly need. The post-natal period is such an important time for recovery, and with the right assessment and guidance it can make a huge difference to long-term health, comfort, and confidence.
Women deserve to feel strong, supported, and able to thrive at every stage of life. Aisling’s aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel listened to, understood, and able to prioritise your health.
If you’re experiencing symptoms after pregnancy, preparing your body for birth, or simply want to feel stronger and more comfortable in your body again, she would love to support you.
