Ankle Ligament Sprain

When you sprain your ankle you know about it! Of course it’s going to be blooming sore at first. Think of all the poor joints, muscles and tendons that have been over strained. They are not going to be very happy! However, with time, hands on treatment, gentle exercises (to start with) ankle sprain will get better the majority of the time. More stubborn cases may take longer, but with the right treatment and advice we will get there in the end!
