Q:Year Qualified and work experience?
A: I studied at the British College of
Osteopathic Medicine, London and qualified with a Masters in Osteopathic medicine in 2016. During this time I worked pitch side at Hendon RFC with the first team, combining my passion for rugby with the job I love.
Since qualifying, I have always worked in private practice and it was our (my fiancé and I) love of Northamptonshire countryside and Silverstone that brought us to be where we are today!
Q:Clinical Special interests?
A: I absolutely love treating
headaches and
neck pain. I suffered a lot with neck related headaches and occasionally do now, but osteopathy helped me hugely, so I love being able to do the same for people who suffer like I did.
On a bit of a different note, I thrive on treating those in motorsport. From karting up to F2 and a lot in between I am lucky enough to have had some experience taking drivers up a level with their performance goals.
Q:Favourite Physio/ osteo… techniques and why?
A: A huge part of my 4 year qualification was living and breathing manipulation with several thousands of hours of practical tuition and practice. It’s a bit of an art form, and when used appropriately has some brilliant results. I pride myself on a good thoracic or cervico-thoracic junction manip!
Q:Scariest thing you have done?
A: Probably skydiving! Equal parts scary to completely incredibly and awe inspiring!
Q:Favourite joke?
A: My favourite joke is not suitable for the website! Haha. But instead I give you this –
Q: Why did the doctor tell the nurse to walk past the pill cupboard quietly?""
A: So they wouldn’t wake the sleeping pills""
Q:What’s your favourite film of all time?
A: Probably Snatch, or Bohemian Rhapsody.
