Calf Muscle Strain
When it comes to calf strain, sometimes you’ll feel it ‘go’! Maybe as you accelerated down the line to score the winning goal?!! Or when you get to mile 20 with nothing left in the tank and your calf gets tighter and tighter… until it gives up the go! Our priority is grading the injury, which we do with lots of clinical tests, then we can work out timescales and phases for rehab. We love this type of injury as we enjoy supporting you along your journey from pain to performance!
