Groin Strain
The dreaded groin strain, typically a footballers injury but we see it in lots of other sports too. There are lots of structures that can strain around the groin so groin strain is a bit of an umbrella term. What’s important is, working out which bit has strained, so we can work on that particular muscle and tendon. Making sure the hip joint has good range of motion is also key, and then of course a progressive strengthening program, that you can be sure will contain lots of lunges!
