Cervicogenic headache is the posh name for a headache that comes directly from the neck. It typically occurs due to referred pain from one or more of the joints at the top of the neck, muscles, ligaments or nerves. They also have a good eye for posture and a passion for muscle strengthening even the tiny muscles of the neck that have been proven to be weak in headache sufferers.
