Cervicogenic Headache
Cervicogenic headache is the posh name for a headache that comes directly from the neck. It typically occurs due to referred pain from one or more of the joints at the top of the neck, muscles, ligaments or nerves. The great news is that our therapists are skilled lots of specialist techniques that can really help desensitise the structures in your neck that are causing the pain. They also have a good eye for posture and a passion for muscle strengthening even the tiny muscles of the neck that have been proven to be weak in headache sufferers.
