Morton’s Neuroma

If you have pain and funny sensations like burning or Pins and needles in your toes it could be due to a Morton’s Neuroma. It happens due to thickening of one or more of the little nerves in the forefoot, most commonly between the 3rd and 4th toes. It normally happens in response to ongoing irritation or pressure when walking around. Your best bet is to come and see one of our amazing Podiatrists because they can respond really well to  bespoke insoles that aim to take the pressure off the affected nerve. If they don’t completely respond to the insoles then we can look at an injection and as a last resort we could refer you on for surgery however, most of the time it doesn’t come to this.
