There are often underlying issues that contribute to the development of foot and ankle pain including: dropped arches, tight hips, weak core muscles and tightness in the calves and hamstrings. External issues such as poor footwear, improper technique or overloading can also contribute.

At The Back and Body Clinic, we will do a full biomechanical assessment to highlight the root cause of any issues and help you understand how they may have contributed to your injury.
