Foam Rolling and Self Release Techniques

Foam rolling and other self-myofascial release techniques have transformed our patients’ ability to self-manage a lot of their rehab. Foam rollers, spikey balls, hockey and tennis balls, pedi-rollers… the list could go on and on!

By applying pressure to specific points on your body, you are able to aid in the recovery of muscles and assist in returning them to normal function. Normal function means your muscles are elastic, healthy, and ready to perform for whatever activity or exercise you want to put them through… so no excuses people, get rolling!

If our therapists think your ache, pain or injury would benefit from some self-myofascial release, they will recommend and demonstrate specific and targeted techniques to get you firing on all cylinders as soon as possible!!
