What should I expect from the session?

Session last either 30 minutes or 60 minutes and consists of 4 main sections to ensure we cover all your fitness needs:

1. Activation

This part of the session will look to correct any imbalances that you may have and prepare your body for the session you have. We have a fantastic team of Physios, Osteos, Sports therapist and Personal Trainers who have devised the most effect exercises to fix the most common issues.

2. Strength

This section focuses on increasing or maintaining your muscular strength using a selection of upper body, lower body and core exercises. Your trainer will demonstrate each exercise for you and coach you throughout each lift, ensuring you get the most benefit from your effort.

All exercises can be modified depending on fitness level, so there is no need to feel intimidated if you have never lifted weights before.

3. Conditioning

Be prepared to get your heart pumping as we select exercises to challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

4. Mobility/Flexibility

We will end each session with a selection of exercises to increase your joint range of motion, help you recover for the next session and attend to any areas of muscular tightness that you may be experiencing.

How much does it cost and what is the contract?


We offer 2 session lengths with Back + Body FIT. These include:


  • 30 minutes – £22
  • 60 minutes – £40
What is the Schedule of sessions to choose from?

Back + Body FIT offer access to 24 sessions throughout each week on:

Tuesday – 8:00 till 12:00.

Wednesday – 17:00 till 20:00

Saturday – 8:00 till 13:00.
