What should I expect from the session?

Each Small Group session last 50 minutes and consists of 4 main sections to ensure we cover all your fitness needs:

1. Activation

This part of the session will look to correct any imbalances that you may have and prepare your body for the session you have. We have a fantastic team of Physios, Osteos, Sports therapist and Personal Trainers who have devised the most effect exercises to fix the most common issues.

2. Strength

This section focuses on increasing or maintaining your muscular strength using a selection of upper body, lower body and core exercises. Your trainer will demonstrate each exercise for you and coach you throughout each lift, ensuring you get the most benefit from your effort.

All exercises can be modified depending on fitness level, so there is no need to feel intimidated if you have never lifted weights before.

3. Conditioning

Be prepared to get your heart pumping as we select exercises to challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

4. Mobility/Flexibility

We will end each session with a selection of exercises to increase your joint range of motion, help you recover for the next session and attend to any areas of muscular tightness that you may be experiencing.

Our sessions are structured to provide a fantastic workout no matter what fitness level you are, and our expert trainers will be with you every step of the way to ensure each session is adapted to your ability.

How much does it cost and what is the contract?

We offer 4 membership packages at Back + Body FIT. These include:

  • Bronze package (1 session/week) £97/monthly
  • Silver package (2 sessions/week) £147/monthly
  • Gold package (3 sessions/week) £197/monthly
  • Platinum package (unlimited training) £220/monthly

We also offer couples memberships at Back + Body FIT

  • Unlimited Session = £397 / month
  • 12 sessions / month = £347 / month
  • 8 sessions / month = £267/ month
  • 5 sessions / month = £177

These memberships give you access to 30 small group sessions per week. These memberships are on a monthly rolling basis

What is ‘Small Group’ training and why is it so popular?

We took a lot of time to decide on the best way to provide a personal training service that would give the most value to our clients. We decided upon Small Group training, which consists of a maximum of 4 people coached by 1 trainer. This style of training takes the best aspects of group and personal training.
The benefits of this style of training include:

  • Community – Training in a positive environment with like minded people
  • Kohler Effect – You will train harder when part of a supportive group
  • Personalisation – Your trainer will be on hand to adapt each session to your ability
  • Cost – You get access to a top level trainer at a fraction of the cost
  • Adherence – Being part of a group will encourage you to be consistent with your training

What is the Schedule of sessions to choose from?

Back + Body FIT offer access to 30 sessions throughout each week from Monday to Friday. We offer morning, midday and evening session to fit around your schedule.

Work out in our bespoke, custom-made gym that has been designed exactly for 4:1 small group classes. We have a balance of resistance equipment, cardio-vascular trainers, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and everything in-between for our expert trainers to put together the perfect class for you and your needs.
