Blood Tests at Our Clinic
Convenient testing as part of your clinical care
When a blood test is clinically indicated, we can take your blood here at the clinic and arrange for the sample to be analysed. The results are then returned directly to our clinical team for review, helping us investigate your symptoms and determine the most appropriate next steps.
This means you can have your assessment, blood sample and follow-up managed through one clinical team.
When might a blood test be recommended?
Following your consultation and examination, your clinician may recommend blood tests to help:
-
Investigate pain, swelling or stiffness
-
Look for signs of inflammation
-
Support the assessment of certain medical conditions
-
Rule out other possible causes of your symptoms
-
Inform decisions about treatment, referral or further investigation
Blood tests are only requested when they are considered clinically appropriate.
Where necessary, we may recommend further investigation or referral to an appropriate specialist.
What happens?
Clinical assessment
Your clinician will discuss your symptoms, medical history and any relevant concerns.
Taking your blood

Laboratory analysis
The sample is sent for analysis, and the results are returned to our clinical team.
Review and follow-up
Your clinician will interpret the results in the context of your overall health and explain what they mean. We will then discuss any treatment, further testing or referral that may be required.
