Kelly Ryder is an affiliate member of the Pelvic Obstetric Gynaecological Physiotherapy Society (POGP) after taking an interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She has completed courses with the POGP in female urinary dysfunction which focuses on implementing the most appropriate treatments and formulating effective action plans for women suffering with incontinence. Kelly can treat common symptoms of womens health related issues through acupuncture. issues treated include, endometriosis, PCOS, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), irregular periods, menopause and fertility. Kelly has a special interest in the peri-natal population (women who are pregnant and those that have given birth) and has completed the POGP course in pregnancy related physiotherapy- the childbearing year and most recently she became a Mummy MOT practitioner. This enables her to assess women postnatally and treat things such as urinary leakage/ incontinence, diastasis recti and pelvic or back pain. Her passion is to help you achieve your goals as a new or experienced mum, whether that is getting you back to exercise; being able to go on a trampoline with your little ones without the fear! Or simply getting you fit for mum-life!

Victoria Furquhar studied at Birmingham University over 25 years ago where I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist . I started my career working within large London Teaching hospitals before moving to Northamptonshire with my family and have continued to work within the NHS and privately. I am a specialist in pelvic health but have years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (back/shoulder/chronic pain, trauma etc) so can offer a holistic approach. It was because of the many back pain patients who confided in me about their pelvic issues that I chose to become an expert in this field of physiotherapy in order to help the silent sufferers. I’m an affiliate member of POGP (pelvic obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy) and part of a growing group of specialist interest physiotherapists in Northamptonshire, who regularly meet as part of a continuing education programme learning about  any new developments and ways of helping patients manage dysfunctions which arise within the pelvic floor and back complex.

I’m a sympathetic and sensitive clinician helping patients to feel engaged and empowered to find the best solutions to manage their pelvic floor issues.

Outside of physiotherapy I have 3 children, many animals and love to read, sew, paint, walk, cycle and cook. I also have APPI mat level 2 pilates qualification.

Alicia Bunn worked in the NHS as a Pelvic Health Physio, being a part of patients journey from antenatal where she would typically treat pelvic girdle pain and help with birth prep including teaching perineal massage and diaphragmatic breathing. To then seeing them on the ward post delivery to provide importance advice in those early weeks following a C-section or Vaginal delivery, such as tips for reducing consitpation. To then in clinic again post partum where the goals are now on recovery, building strength and preventing/ treating pelvic floor dysfunction. Alicia would also then see women later down the line who have been struggling with bladder symptoms or pain with sex (dyspareunia, vaginismus etc) up to and past the menopause. Alicia loves being able to help women at all stages of life. She is an affiliate member of the POGP having completed the urinary dysfunction course. Alicia has also completed her APPI matwork levels 1&2 and is due to complete her level 3 in 2025. Additionally she has completed her APPI antenatal and postnatal certifications and is working towards menopause and pelvic floor release specific certificates.
Alicia has a keen interest in treating prolapse and pelvic pain. With a warm smile and empathetic approach Alicia will provide you with the tools needed to improve your pelvic health and achieve your goals.
